Conditions of participation
Participating in the contest organized by power2max GmbH, named in the following as organizer or administrator, is free of charge and takes place exclusively according to these conditions of participation.
Contest regulations
The time period of the contest extends from August 6th 2018 until August 24th 2018. Within this period, online users have the opportunity to take part in the contest. To take part, it is required to complete a task (as defined in the following).
Participation – task
To take part in the contest, the participants must have completed the following:
1. Like the power2max facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/power2maxpowermeter)
2. Like the facebook post related to the raffle
3. Comment on the facebook post related to the raffle
Participation is only possible in the contest time period from 06.08.2018, 15:30 CEST until 24.08.2018, 23:59 CEST. Participation in the contest is not possible after 24.08.2018, 23:59 CEST. To participate in the contest, only facebook profiles with real data are eligible; fake profiles are not eligible. It is strictly prohibited to use more than one facebook profile to increase a participant’s chances of success.
Contest participation is free of charge.
Eligible participants
Any natural persons who have completed their 18th years of age are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to organizer’s clients and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. Should a participant be limited in his or her legal capacity, his or her legal representative must consent. All parties involved in the conception and realization of the contest, the organizer’s employees as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the contest. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to exclude people at his own discretion from participating for legitimate reasons such as (a) manipulation in reference to access to or completion of the contest; (b) in case of a violation of these participation regulations; (c) in case of unfair practices; or (d) in the case of false or misleading information in the context of participating in the contest.
Winning, notification and delivery of prizes
The prizes will be awarded to the participants who fulfilled the above-defined requirements as a random prize drawing. Taking part is what counts! The prizes are awarded exclusively as a prize drawing according to the principle of chance.
The following prizes will be awarded:
1. power2max NGeco Movistar Team Edition mit Campagnolo 11-Speed crankset with autographs of five riders of the Movistar Team
The winners will be determined after the participation deadline in the context of a prize drawing among all participants at random. If the contest is associated with an assignment, then only those participants are included in the drawing who have correctly completed this task. The drawing’s winners will be informed soon after the conclusion of the contest by power2max, via the comment function or direct message. At this time, they will be requested to contact the organizer. If a winner does not react per e-mail within a time limit of three weeks after two contact requests with information about the win, or if he or she forgoes the prize, the prize can then be passed on to a different participant.
The transfer / shipping of the prizes will take place exclusively to the winner. An exchange, picking up the prize personally or an equivalent cash payment of the prize are not possible. Costs that may be incurred for shipping within Europe will be covered by the organizer. Any additional costs associated with the prize, e.g. customs duty, will be covered by the winner. The winner is responsible for paying any taxes that may be incurred due to the win.
Please note that the use of some of the prizes, e.g. mounting a power meter onto a bicycle or building up a frameset into a complete bicycle, could lead to additional individual costs for the winner.
Data protection/privacy

All collected data will be used exclusively for the raffle. In the event of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of his name on all media channels used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the operator and his social media platforms. The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time. The revocation must be submitted in writing to the contact details of the organizer stated in the imprint: https://www.power2max.com/en/imprint/ After revoking the consent, the organizer of the raffle will not publish any data from the winner of the event on his media channels.

This event has no connection or association with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook.
Instagram disclaimer
This event has no connection or association with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram.
Applicable law
Any questions or complaints in the context of this contest are to be directed to the organizer. Contacts are in the imprint of the homepage. The organizer’s contest is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. All decisions are final; any recourse to courts of law is excluded.
Severability clause
In the event that any provision of the conditions of participation is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. The invalid provision shall be substituted for a legally valid provision that is as close as possible to the original intent of the invalid provision. The same applies if there is a regulatory gap in these participation regulations.
