powermeters for long legs

Torque is literally the driving force in cycling. Torque is generated by the rotation of the crank arms around the axle and our powermeters then measure this force and the resulting cadence to calculate power. The longer the crank arm, the longer the lever and the higher the torque generated. Torque can therefore only be replaced by one thing: more torque.

In recent years, however, the trend has been towards shorter crank arms, as these bring biomechanical advantages for many riders, but for some the levers cannot be long enough. For those with long legs, we have our Powermeters with 180mm cranksets on offer.
